AutoUncle CoDriver is a sales tool for car dealerships, made by AutoUncle ApS. It is offered to businesses only.
This page explains which agreements govern the use of AutoUncle CoDriver. It does not add to them or change them.
The agreements that apply
Your dealership's use of AutoUncle CoDriver is governed by the agreements it has signed with AutoUncle:
- the AutoUncle CoDriver Service Agreement
- the Data Processing Agreement for AutoUncle CoDriver
The Service Agreement sets out how these relate to each other, and to any other terms it refers to. If anything on this page differs from them, the signed agreements apply.
Using AutoUncle CoDriver
Your dealership decides who at the dealership gets access to AutoUncle CoDriver and what they can do. Everyone who uses it does so on the dealership's behalf, under the agreements above.
Messaging channels
AutoUncle CoDriver talks to your customers on your dealership's behalf by email, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp, and through your deal pages. Which channels are used depends on how your dealership has set up AutoUncle CoDriver. Your dealership stays responsible for being allowed to contact its customers on each channel, including any consent that requires.
When your dealership connects its WhatsApp Business account, it lets AutoUncle access that account and send and receive messages through our messaging provider on your dealership's behalf. During the connection, your dealership accepts Meta's WhatsApp terms directly with Meta.
You can disconnect AutoUncle CoDriver from your WhatsApp Business account in your Meta Business settings at any time, or ask us to do it by writing to privacy@autouncle.com.
